These are special situation sales where there may be
limiting factors such as time, value, or warehouse space. We are also doing these type of sales during the COVID-19 Pandemic to help with social distancing as it provides a safe environment for our staff, clients and customers. This is also an estate sale, and follows all our traditional esate sale guidelines. We work on commission with a minimum commission, and applicable moving fees.
